
Rev. Dan Pezet
Dan Pezet is an ordained elder serving as the Superintendent of the Metro District in the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from the University of Florida and a Master of Divinity degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University.
Dan began his career in ministry as a lay person at Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, serving as the Program Director on a launch team for a new multisite concept that would eventually become the Community Life Church. Over the last seven years, Dan has served as the Congregational Developer for the Alabama-West Florida and then the Western North Carolina Conferences. During that time, Dan has consulted with nearly 200 churches, and he has supervised 13 new church starts and more than 250 new Fresh Expressions of Church.
Dan lives in Cornelius, North Carolina with his wife Cindy, and two sons, Daniel and Luke.
